Every year we carry out an employee engagement survey, in 2013 we did a full survey in which we achieved an 84% engagement rate, which falls above the average high performance norm as managed by Towers Watson. Our 2014 pulse survey presented a consistently high engagement rate of 83% which remains higher than the high performance norm.
