"Hello, I’m Robert Noel, Chief Executive of Land Securities and I’d like to take just a few moments to explain why a career at Land Securities could be for you.

We believe that the best businesses attract and retain the best people.

For us, that means we have to offer interesting and challenging roles: Reward people fairly with competitive salaries and bonus potential: And create an environment for the individual to flourish.

We do all of that and more. Leaders are not born, but made. And we want to develop leaders with a blend of skills; technical, commercial and managerial to help drive performance across our business.

As the number one property company in the UK we are able to provide compelling career development opportunities, broad accountability and the access to some of the biggest and most exciting projects. We are always keen to hear from people who think they can add something to our business.

People who are excited to join a market leader. People who want to drive the business forward. People who place the same importance on the core values of innovation, respect for the individual, customer service, integrity and excellence as we do.

And when we find them, we make sure they get the roles and rewards their effort deserves.

Please browse the site and look at the opportunities we have and I hope that I see you soon in Land Securities."

Every year we carry out an employee engagement survey, in 2013 we did a full survey in which we achieved an 84% engagement rate, which falls above the average high performance norm as managed by Towers Watson. Our 2014 pulse survey presented a consistently high engagement rate of 83% which remains higher than the high performance norm. We are proud of our high engagement scores, but we strive to listen to the feedback, take action and make improvements for our employees.

People into Action
Our People into Action awards recognise ordinary people who do the extraordinary without being asked; who give that little bit extra; who care what impact their behaviour has on others and who we are.
