We recognise that almost everyone's circumstances are different and may change over time. It is because of this that we are continually looking at ways to improve and diversify our benefit offerings.
Our benefits and rewards programme is there for employees to view all aspects of their remuneration and to understand and appreciate the full value of their package. Every year employees are sent a Total Rewards Statement to summarise their total remuneration and package in any financial year.
In addition to base salary, employees are eligible to participate in discretionary performance-related bonus schemes and are eligible for defined benefit or defined contribution pension schemes, health and insurance, salary sacrifice options, Save As You Earn, childcare vouchers, employee assistance and flexible working options.
