Diversity

We are committed to supporting diversity at all levels, not just because it’s the right thing to do, but because it makes good business sense. It brings different cultures, experiences and personalities to the table – and those differences shape our success.

“It is important that we encourage a diverse, inclusive and representative working environment, one in which everyone is treated with dignity and respect. I am a strong believer that people should be appointed into job roles based on merit irrespective of gender, race, age or any other discriminating factor’’ – Robert Noel, Chief Executive.

So we are putting these words into action wherever possible. We are a proud supporter of Mencap – the UK's leading learning disability charity. Our work with Mencap is breaking down barriers and opening career doors, with 50 per cent of candidates achieving permanent jobs across the business.

From new starter training sessions to awareness campaigns, we are constantly reminding people about the importance of being diverse. Our Balance event is proving to be a huge success, with our leaders shining the light on topics such as gender diversity.

Furthermore our company is dedicated to a mentoring scheme, where senior leaders offer excellent advice to those eager to excel in their role.

We believe the more diverse we are as a team, the more we achieve as a business.
