Annual employee survey
We want our employees to be closely connected with the vision, values and direction of the business. We measure how well we are doing through the annual Employee Engagement Survey. Your input is vital to create a work environment in which everyone is engaged in building the future of Land Securities. It is enormously pleasing that we continue to make improvements on this front.
The "Business Exchange Forum" has elected representatives from across the business who meet and exchange views with the senior management team. This helps keep everyone informed and in touch with views from around the Group.
We encourage all employees to volunteer in the community. We offer up to two days professional and two days personal paid leave for our employees to support a local charity and perhaps learn a new skill.
Induction and orientation
To help employees get up to speed that little bit faster, all attend an induction day where they learn more about the business, its objectives, culture, approach and people.
